“Il Borghetto di Pedana” è un’antica casa colonica facente parte di un vecchio villaggio: una casa rurale con annessa la sua piccola chiesetta. Recentemente ristrutturata nel pieno rispetto dello stile tipico umbro-toscano, sono stati mantenuti i tratti originari dell’antica casa di campagna. Circondata da alberi, campi coltivati con ulivi e vigneti, rappresenta la tipica abitazione umbra, posta su di una collina con un bellissimo panorama sulla campagna circostante. Il Borghetto è situato in una posizione isolata ma a soli 10 minuti di distanza dal centro storico di Città di Castello. Per questa ragione è il luogo ideale in cui ognuno di noi vorrebbe passare una vacanza di relax nel “cuore verde d’Italia”. La proprietà si trova in Umbria, a pochi chilometri dal confine con la Toscana e le Marche. E’ perfetto per godersi il silenzio della campagna italiana e per gli amanti della natura ma anche per persone che amano fare viaggi giornalieri verso le affascinanti città d’arte di Toscana e Umbria facilmente raggiungibili da Città di Castello. La casa, ben arredata con pezzi in stile, è composta da tre appartamenti, tutti indipendenti e con una magnifica vista sulla valle circostante. Due appartamenti hanno la possibilità di essere collegati a seconda dell’esigenze del cliente, aprendo una porta comunicante che dà sui due soggiorni. Hanno tutti l’entrata indipendente e sono stati arredati con stile e cura dei dettagli. Hanno riscaldamento centralizzato. Di fronte alla casa vi è la piscina scoperta che è circondata da uno splendido paesaggio, ricco di boschi e campi.

"Il Borghetto di Pedana" is an ancient stone-farmhouse of an old village: a rural house with its small church too. It has been recently restored on the full respect of the typical umbrian-tuscan house, maintaining the outside original style of the ancient farm house. Surrounded by trees, cultivated hills with wheat, olive trees and vineyard, it represents the typical umbrian farmhouse, set on a hilltop with a beautiful panoramic view on the surrounding countryside.
“Il Borghetto di Pedana” is located in an isolated position but only 10 kms away from the historic centre of Città di Castello. For this reason it is the ideal place in which each one of us can imagine to spend an holiday of relax around the “green heart of Italy”. The property lies in the Umbria region but it is only few kilometers away the Toscana and Marche border. It’s perfect to enjoy the silence of Italian countryside and for nature lovers but also for people who like to make daily trips towards the charming Tuscan and Umbrian cities of art that are easily reachable from Città di Castello.
The farmhouse, very well furnished with style pieces, is composed by 3 (three) apartments, each one independent and with a magnificent view over the surrounding valley. Two of them have the possibility to be connected according to needs of the clients through an opening door on the lounges. All apartments have their own entrance have been furnished with style and care taken on the choice of each detail and they have private outside spaces. Gas central heating.
In front of the house is set the swimming pool that is set in a beautiful panoramic position with view on the surrounding countryside, rich of thick and luxuriant woods.
